Their signature sauce, the heart and soul of Rockin' Crab, is a vibrant melody of flavors. It’s their Asian heritage in perfect harmony with their interpretation of Southern American cuisine. From that first Portland location, the Rockin' Crab experience thrived. Two more branches sprouted, one in Oregon and another in the dazzling Las Vegas, Nevada. But the founders, along with their daughter, dreamt bigger. They crave to share their culinary masterpiece with a wider audience.
That's where their daughter stepped in. Inheriting her parents' spirit of adventure, she spearheaded the launch of a quick-service concept. These locations offers the same high-quality, affordably priced boils, ensuring that everyone could experience the Rockin' Crab magic.
